The ability to effortlessly write a nut graf

Digesting my dinner while listening to Sam Prekop in the living room...

Now, I'm just as cynical about the modern media as the next person (for example, the unfathomably sucky Toronto Star has now jumped on the newest youth-pandering bandwagon, podcasting. I guess it doesn't matter that their website is unnavigable, and hasn't had a design update in half a decade)... but someone please cut me if I ever become as mean-spirited as the preposterous ass who wrote this article.

Update! Podcasting blows.

maybe its a sign of old age but what the bloodclot is podcasting?
i'd rather be told than take the seconds out of my busy sprite-drinking schedule to look it up on the internet.

Man alive you had me in stitches. That was great. Yes Podcasting is awful but not nearly as bad as that article. Lord help us if it becomes the new bloging.

Bertmos, Podcasts are basically radio-show style mp3 people throw on the web. Some are like listening to the FM complete with inane DJ-style commentary and chatter and others are more like AM style talk show complete with the uninformed ranting host who’s paid to incense listeners and guests. What all the hype about is the ability to subscribe to them so they auto download and you can listen to them on your iPod/other mp3 player/personal computer at your leisure.
